David is an artist whose work is rooted in transformation. His creative path began with photography in his youth, shaped by architecture, landscapes, and the desire to capture beauty from unexpected angles. Later in life while battling cancer, art became a place of refuge and a way to reclaim his body, his identity, and his voice. What began as graphite sketches evolved into acrylic paintings , defining his current art and style.

Self-taught and guided by intuition rather than formal training, his work spans abstract expressionism, surrealism, cubist influence, and optical illusion. His compositions frequently draw from muted or atmospheric tones, punctuated by color that reflects internal shifts.

Much of his art carries the imprint of his personal history. Many of his pieces speak to formative experiences while inviting viewers into their own emotional landscapes. Whether portraying complex themes or moments of quiet simplicity, his work is driven by a desire to evoke feeling rather than dictate meaning.

As a spiritual practitioner, He approaches people the same way he approaches the canvas: meeting them where they are, creating a space of safety, presence, and authenticity, while not seeking recognition; he simply answers when he is called. His art carries that same purpose—offering solace, confrontation, and connection in ways both subtle and profound.

For him, the story is not where he has been, but who he has become: someone who transforms adversity into creation, silence into voice, and experience into color. His work encourages viewers to feel deeply, honor their own truths, and embrace the beauty woven through the human experience.
